Over the last month and a half, I was able to try out an all natural, olive oil based skincare line called Adele Purest Possible. When it comes to skincare, I’ve been more and more careful recently to only try out products that I think will be gentle with my skin and not cause any harm. So when I came across this brand, (and talked to the owners to find out more about it), I was convinced that they use only the most gentle ingredients. Their main ingredient is olive oil, which as we know is a natural moisturizer. Keeping this in mind, I tried out a bunch of their products, and fell in love with the ones below. In addition, the products are so reasonable compared to other all natural skin care lines! Code YTV will give you 20% off your purchase with a $10 minimum. They even ship all around the world! Lavender Clay Mask, $35
This is the product I was most excited about, and I am so glad it worked as well as it did. As most clay masks do, this one is used for the purpose of ridding your face of impurities and dead skin cells. The thing that I loved about it is that it is made of bentonite clay, avocado oil, and lavendar essential oil. This means that while it is great for oily skin, it also hydrates. That’s something I have never seen in any clay mask, and I loved it! No horrible tightness after removing it, rather you’re left with healthy looking plump skin.
Pure Magnesium Oil, $7
This was the product I didn’t know anything about, but really enjoy now. This spray is really just what the bottle says- it’s pure magnesium oil. Magnesium is something your body naturally produces, which helps with many of its natural processes. Magnesium helps you relax, promotes better sleep, aids in helping achy joints and muscles, and even can assist with restles leg syndrome (which I have had since I was a little girl). However, there are many people who are deficient in magnesium, and when your body absorbs it, it is able to spread out to to regions that need it most. I didn’t know this before, but people can even go and get shots of magnesium via injection. This oil also did not feel like one. It feels more like water, and as such, is very lightweight. You spray it onto the body parts that need it most, and it absorbs right away, leaving a light glisten. I have been sleeping really well for the past few weeks while trying this out, and I am definitely attributing some of that success to this product.
Night Repair Face Serum, $48
I have never been a face serum user until I tried this product. This face serum is packed with different essential oils and nothing else. I immediately loved that because that meant it would help hydrate my skin. Even though I am oily, at night I like to use extremely nourishing products so that the next day my skin doesn’t have to over compensate for oil that I strip off. I’ve been using this method for quite some time now, and it works well for me. I apply this serum every night, and a little goes a very long way. I rub it in, let it absorb, and notice every morning how my skin looks natural and glowy without looking oily. I love oils for this reason- you never have to try so hard to glow!
Neroli Face Mist, $6
I love a good face mist. No matter if its winter or not, its a great product to use after you wash your face, or if your makeup needs to be set. This is a simple product, but does what it says! It helps refresh my skin whenever I want it, and it smells oh so good! I use the neroli scented one, which comes from the oil from orange trees.
Rose Lip Balm, $3-$9
Lip balm is my most used beauty product, and this is because all lipsticks apply better when layered over a lip balm. However, not all lip balms are created equal, and I know this from experience. While this is a simple product, since it is made from all natural ingredients, it does not nourish only the top most layer of your lips while stripping the rest. Most other lip balms that I have tried do just that, so its more of an instant gratification product rather than giving you long term benefits. This is available in the form of a tin can or twist up, and in many yummy flavors!
